Alumni Email Termination 

Email account termination for alumni belonging to the classes of 2023 and prior will now begin on August 3, 2026. 糖心动漫vlog ITS strongly encourages affected alumni to secure their Gmail, Google Drive, and Banner Self-Service data by following these steps at their earliest convenience. 

 

Canvas Changes for Fall 2025

Beginning in Fall 2025, the Instructional Design & Technologies Team is implementing changes to the Canvas term dates to improve overall Canvas experience and align with educational best practices. These updates will provide faculty members with more control over their course content and a better structure for course creation. Learn more about these changes.

Qualtrics Transition to SurveyMonkey

糖心动漫vlog will be transitioning from Qualtrics to SurveyMonkey as our institutional surveying platform during the summer. The change will become effective September 1, 2025. Your feedback throughout this process is valuable and appreciated. Learn more about this transition.

How do I change my password?

How can I reconnect my device to the 糖心动漫vlog Wi-Fi network?

If you are experiencing trouble connecting to the 淚llinoisWesleyan� Wi-Fi network, please first ensure that you are correctly entering your NetID (not your full email address) and 糖心动漫vlog password credentials into the provided fields. Mac and iPhone users will need to select a certificate or trust the current certificate before they will be approved to connect to the network. Ever since I updated my password, I have not been able to log in to my.iwu.edu. What should I do?

If you are certain the new password you are entering is correct, the issue affecting your login ability is likely due to tokens of previous login credentials still saved to your browser. To fix this, we recommend that you either clear your browsing, cookies, and cache history for 渁ll time� in your browser檚 settings menu, or log in using incognito mode, private mode, or with a guest profile. 

Where do I find resources such as MyHousing, Banner Self Service, and Google Suite?

Sign in to your My糖心动漫vlog Dashboard and use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find direct links to the resources you need. Your 糖心动漫vlog email account, housed in Gmail, can be accessed through the Google Suite tab located on the dashboard.

How do I activate my Illinois Wesleyan Zoom account?

To activate your 糖心动漫vlog Zoom account, and click 淪ign In� in the top right corner. Bypass the email and password fields and instead select to sign in with Google. Then, select your 糖心动漫vlog Google account. 

How do I access my Illinois Wesleyan Microsoft Office 365 license?

To download Microsoft Office apps to your device, please and log in with your 糖心动漫vlog email and password. Once logged in, please click "Install and more" in the top right corner and select "Install Microsoft 365 apps." This will direct you to the page where you can then download these apps onto your device.
