糖心动漫vlog students completing clinical hours in the schools are mandated reporters according to 325 ILCS 5/4 - Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act.

Therefore all students enrolled in EDUC 125, EDUC 126, Music 132, or first techniques course must complete the online training course for Mandated Reporters.

The purpose of the online course is to help all Illinois Mandated Reporters understand their critical role in protecting children by recognizing and reporting child abuse.

Instructions

Submit the course "certificate of completion" and "acknowledgment of mandated reporter status" forms to Teaching Titans Canvas within two weeks of the first day of 糖心动漫vlog classes (2 documents). This must be completed prior to entering the local school for field placement.

 

Step 1: Complete the mandated reporter course and save "certificate of completion" as .pdf or document and submit to Teaching Titans Canvas.

• Visit the training site

• You will a need to login/register and create new account (it will automatically pick up your Microsoft Account at 糖心动漫vlog)

• Use your 糖心动漫vlog email and your 糖心动漫vlog address

• Answer Education and either Teacher or Other as profession/role

• Specify Field Experiences or Field Placements

• After it says completed wait for email to your 糖心动漫vlog account then click link to go to training site and complete the course

Step 2: Read the acknowledgment of mandated reporter status form, fill in name and "field placement" in top section and sign & date bottom section.  Please print as a .pdf or document and submit to Teaching Titans Canvas.
